My name is Mia and I’m 16. I’m currently at Dunraven Sixth Form, studying English, Media, Sociology and Drama which I absolutely love, and I want to go to University to study film and creative writing.

The reason I made this blog is to write reviews on film and music, and also just to update on everything that’s going on in my world, as I feel I can’t express it on Facebook or Twitter! Plus, typing your thoughts is very therapeutic, but don’t worry, I won’t go all manic depressive on you! That would be just be plain sad.

There will be people I mention in my blog who you won’t be aware of, so I’m going to inform you now of who they are:

Any other people will either be friends or acquaintances. Teachers will also get mentioned, but you’ll probably realise this as you read. I don’t refer to my friends or family as “Mr.” or “Mrs.”, that would just be sad.
